FREE SHIPPING TO INDIA

We take great pride in being able to offer FREE SHIPPING to our customers with family and friends back home. To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders to India, please be sure to include the COMPLETE postal address with the correct PIN CODE. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.

Also be aware that all shipments to any Girls College/School/Hostel are placed at the customer's risk. If the school's warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, jaipanonline.com will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor shall jaipanonline.com attempt re-shipment of the same order. For a special or preferred delivery date, the sender must mention the delivery date in the gift message box when placing their order. Simple Return Policy

For appliances if found defective, please contact customer service at Jaipan and instructions on how to return the same will be given. Once the defective goods are received back, a replacement will be sent immediately.

If any packages are returned back to jaipanonline.com due to insufficient or wrong address or unclaimed or refused delivery, customers are subject to pay a 25% restocking fee on the merchandise plus the actual shipping charges incurred by jaipanonline.com to send the shipment. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay shipping charges for the reshipment.

Always be sure to report your problem within 15 days or receiving the product.

Always report any and all problems associated with a single order at the same time.
Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, especially in the case of DVDs (including defective chapter name), as all returned items are examined for defects. Non-defective DVDs shall be returned to the customer and no shipping charges shall be refunded to them.

Fraud credit card transaction

In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. JIL will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user.

Order Cancellation

As mentioned in the shipping time, jaipan will hold the order to be processed if there is a lack of merchandise or otherwise. If customers wish to cancel an order, they are required to intimate jaipan either by email to jaipanonline@jaipanonline.com or by speaking to a live customer support representative. Please note voicemails cannot be accepted for order cancellations. In the event of not following these instructions by the customers, and if packages are returned back to jaipan due to this reason, please note that there will be a restocking fee of 25% and also the actual shipping charges incurred by jaipan to ship these will also be recovered from the customer's credit card account. Hence kindly ensure to have a written record of a cancellation request or the live customer representative's name with whom the cancellation request was made.
